Our security consultants start with the site. Before we recommend a single camera or card reader, we walk the property, work out what needs protecting and from what, and look at how the place is used day to day. The recommendation that comes out of that visit is built around your property and your budget, not a standard package.
This is physical security consulting: buildings, entries, car parks, yards and the electronic systems that protect them. We do not provide cyber security or IT network consulting.
Because we also design, install and maintain the systems we recommend, the advice is practical. We know what a camera sees at night, how far a cable can run to a front gate before it becomes unreliable, and what a system takes to keep running after handover.
Security Risk Assessments for Homes and Businesses
A security risk assessment is an on-site review of your property by people who install and service security systems for a living. It shows you where the property is exposed, what your current equipment is actually doing, and what it would take to close the gaps.
What a Site Assessment Covers
A walk-through with you. We walk the property with the owner, manager or strata committee, inside and out, and ask what has happened before: break-ins, trespass, damage or near misses.
Entry points and the perimeter. Doors, windows, roller doors, gates, fences and anything that gives someone a quiet way in. We note which points face the street and which are hidden from view.
Lighting. Side paths, dark corners and car parks after hours. Lighting changes how exposed an area is and what a camera in that spot can record.
Existing equipment. Cameras, recorders, panels, keypads, access control, intercoms and cabling already on site, whoever installed them. Where equipment is still sound, we look at keeping it rather than replacing it.
How people and vehicles move. Where staff, residents, visitors, deliveries and tradespeople come and go, where vehicles enter and park, and which areas should be restricted.
Who responds when something happens. If a sensor triggers at 2am, who is told and what do they do? We check whether the site is monitored, who is on the contact list, and whether that response suits the risk.

For a house, we look at how someone would get in unseen: side gates, back and sliding doors, garages and the dark parts of the yard. A home security consultant from our team will ask what you want covered when you are home, at work or away, then recommend what suits how you live, whether that is cameras, a video intercom at the gate, monitoring or a mix. We keep it in proportion to the property.
Strata Security Consulting
Strata sites share their problems: car parks, lobbies, stairwells and common doors, and a lot of people who need a way in. We walk the complex with the strata manager or committee, map existing wiring and equipment, and work out how residents, visitors and tradespeople get access without a master key doing the rounds. You receive a written proposal that can be tabled at a committee or general meeting.
Commercial Security Consulting
For offices, retail tenancies, warehouses, industrial yards and construction sites, the first question is what the site is trying to protect, and from what. We look at after-hours exposure, stock and plant, loading areas, staff and visitor access, and zoning so parts of the site can be secured separately. Where CCTV is part of the answer, we plan it around site safety, PPE in busy yards and workshops, and reviewing incidents after they happen.
From Assessment to Design, Installation and Maintenance
If you decide to go ahead, we carry the work through ourselves, so you deal with one company from the first walk-through to the service checks years later.
- Design. The recommendation becomes a system design: camera types and positions, recording capacity, access control on entries and internal doors, intercoms at gates and lobbies, and how each part works with the others.

- Handover. We show you how to use it: viewing footage on your phone, adding and removing users, and what happens when something triggers.
- Monitoring. Systems can be connected to 24/7 security monitoring, so a triggered sensor reaches a control room rather than an empty street. Where a site needs people on the ground, patrols and guards are available through our affiliated guard service.
- Maintenance. Service checks, repairs and upgrades as the property changes, including adding cameras, doors or monitoring later.
Already have a system another company installed? We can assess it and work with what is there rather than starting again. For properties in regional WA, the assessment can start remotely with photos, video and satellite imagery before a technician travels to site.

Do you work outside Perth?
Yes. We cover Perth metro and regional WA, including properties some providers will not travel to.
Can you assess the security system I already have?
Yes. We look at existing cameras, recorders, panels, access control and intercoms, including equipment another company installed, and tell you what is still sound, what needs upgrading and what can be connected to monitoring.
